How do I set up water and trash service?

Answer:

Residents can submit an online water and trash application form at https://www.lucastexas.us/water-application-form/.

Commercial businesses can also submit the online application form; however, trash service will not be provided through the City's solid waste provider. Commercial businesses may select any trash and recycling provider of their choice.
